We have had the pleasure of working with William from LeBlanc Construction for well over a year now. Regardless of what our home and property's interior and exterior needs were, William and his team did an excellent job each and every time. From hanging shelves; installing light fixtures; painting doors and a huge water tank; repairing/replacing rotten deck boards and house trim; cutting down/hauling off an enormous amount of tree limbs and branches; woodchipping and mulching several gardens; building a custom UPS/FedEx package box; winterizing plumbing...the list goes on and on. He's worked outside in the hottest of temperatures, during days when it didn't get above 40°, even in the rain and never complained once. We unfortunately have had several unpleasant experiences with many other handyman companies over the years. They either never showed up or were chronically late. They would change the agreed-upon price at the last minute, wouldn't finish the job they started, were terrible communicators, treated us and our home with rudeness, etc., etc. It was so frustrating! We have been so pleasantly surprised with Mr. LeBlanc's consistent courtesy, professionalism, friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, fare pricing, punctuality and high level of expertise - across many areas - each and every time. He truly isn't satisfied until his customers are, which is such a rare find these days. He also has strong relationships with other businesses in the area so is a very good liason for any other professionals we might need to hire in other areas. We wish LeBlanc Construction was the company we had hired to redo our roof a few years back, we are confident it would've saved us a lot of the grief we experienced. We are customers for life! William covers the I35 corridor as far south as New Braunfels, west to Johnson City and North to Killeen. Recent storms resulted in leakage around my chimney. I needed roof repairs and was not dissapointed with my choice. Will showed up on time, was conciencious, professional and stayed with in his estimate. While mine was a small job, his crafstmanship and attention to detail means that when I need the inevitable roof replacement I will be calling him. Will and his team have on more than one occasion done a great job. They arrive on time, take photos during the entire process, and communicates easily. I had an old TV satellite removed from my roof and he provided two options for me with two different costs to meet our budgeting needs. He also took care of a few other roof issues after inspection on a house we were selling and then again on a house we were purchasing. We also had a board rotting on part of a back deck roofing and he replaced that board and other boards that were also suspect. He showed up the day prior to ensure he had the correct wood stain. LeBlanc has high integrity and skilled workers who quickly and cost effectively solved our asphalt shingle roof water intrusion problem. In addition to the main roofing repair, LeBlanc Construction refinished our two porches and balcony, removed a dead tree in the backyard and repointed our front entry masonry arch.
